All I can say is THANK YOU!!! This was the best service I've received in Panama City Beach in several years coming here for vacation. The hotel staff is courteous and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay is one to remember, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Everyone that comes to PCB should stay here. You guys made our vacation one to remember for a long time.
Very impressed! We were upgraded to a suite, which was quite a nice surprise. Everything here was clean - from the lobby to the room to the pool area. The breakfast had more choices than I have ever seen at any other Holiday Inn Express; truly something for everyone. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely return here on future trips to PCB!

My major complaint is the hotel asked me to leave the pool and told me my swimwear wasn't appropriate and people were complaining that their kids had to see me. I was wearing swim SHORTS not a speedo or thong or anything. I contacted Holiday Inn and the Manager was supposed to get back to me and still hasnt. I'm very disappointed in how they discriminated against me and ruined my stay....on a Florida Beach of all places. I am with my niece so obviously I wouldn't wear anything inappropriate.
