This place was amazing! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here last week and it was perfect. The best thing about this hotel was the customer service, the staff was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so eager to help with anything. Rarely have I ever encountered such incredible customer service. The place was extremely clean and modern. Full breakfast was great. No complaints at all, will definitely be back!

Just came back from visiting Panama City today and just happen to stop here to see if they had any availability because the other place I booked was a dump. They had a room. The place was newly built about 4 months old. The staff was very friendly and took really good care of getting my room booked. Thanks Kelsey. The room was very spacious and cleaned. This hotel is very spacious and very clean and with three pools it's almost like a condo on the beach. I recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a nice beach vacation.

My mother and I have been frequent visitors of Panama City Beach since 2012 and this hotel definitely won us over! I love the fresh, modern, simple, and naturally relaxing elements that the rooms offer. Staff members are enthusiastic and eager to help- my mother has a walker and staff members provided a beach access wheelchair for her and even assisted her to the beach. My stay here was literal heaven on earth and this is my top pick for vacationing. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Very beautiful hotel. Staff is exceptional in every area. The rooms are so big, beds are comfortable, full size fridge, awesome balcony overlooking the ocean and the live entertainment provided every evening. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Did I say that the FREE breakfast buffet is to die for?? Loved every minute! Thank you!
