This is the worst place I have ever lived they do not up hold the standards that the last owners do north land is a terrible company I’m asking for my lease documents and the office manager wouldn’t allow me in the office and called the police on me for asking questions hahaha dog crap everywhere trash everywhere
This is the worst place to live! I had mold everywhere in my apartment. So much it was making me and my son sick. When moving out they placed us in a rental unit to try to help us and in turn threw away my child’s clothes. All his new fall clothes for school and they never apologized for any of it. The new owners are awful and should be put in jail!

Apartments are beautifully made, great amenities and so easy to get to work.
This is seriously one of the most beautiful properties in Charleston and in an amazing location. They have a team onsite, Brodie and Katie, who throw amazing monthly events! The staff is always wonderful and warm. I would highly recommend this community!
