RecommendedCharleston has always fascinated me, so I moved here. I found a fantastic family and home at Wharf 7. You never meet a stranger. So many fun activities— Live music at the on site amphitheater, coupled with the food truck and ice cream wagon always makes for a wonderful evening. The amenities package is unmatched. Great onsite gym, trash valet, an amazing swimming pool. Beauty surrounds you in people and surroundings. A great place to call home.

Love this community! The scenery is great, pool is amazing and the people are very friendly. Staff is also very friendly and supportive. The events they throw here are my favorite part about living here and it's what really separates them from other places. If I wasn't set on buying a home I would never leave here.

We love the events here. Especially the last one which consisted of a musician walking around and serenading us on our porches. My husband and I love live music and have really missed being able to go to concerts/music events, and we were just in heaven listening to this man from the safety of our porch. With everything being so chaotic/different right now, it’s been SO comforting and wonderful to still have apartment events! Thanks Courtney and Marti!

Really enjoying the immaculate condition the community is in! Also so excited for the CARES events like the spring Wreath event with the food truck the other evening! The neighborhood location is incredible for trails and conveniently located to downtown! The maintenance team Thomas and Sonny are very nice...and all of the girls in the clubhouse are awesome, especially Patricia! Thanks for all of your time and help so far Patricia!! We are looking forward to living here and being a part of the community.
If you’re the outdoor/ exercise type and like living with mold and/or playing hop scotch with dog crap, this place is for you!! I thought Greystar (the original owners) was bad until Northland came through! Ouch!!!
When we moved in this complex was a beautiful place to live but now that it has been bought out by northland company it has turned into somewhere I would never want to live. Twice they have tried to over charge us rent, refuse to let us see legal documents, they don’t clean up the property and there is mold in the apartments. The amount of dog poop on the property is ridiculous. We moved in for the events and the great atmosphere. They took all of that away and then still wanted to increase everyone’s rent by a large amount ... read more
