I just have to say Mariah and her team went above and beyond this evening... we have been road tripping through New England for a week and I totally dropped the ball on where to stay tonight... I was ready to just sleep in the car but Mariah hooked us up with the most beautiful room at the last moment and even gave me a little gift in commemoration of me running my first marathon on Sunday!!! If you come to Mystic... The Whalers Inn is the place to stay!!! Kudos Mariah and team, Kudos!!! 5 ⭐️
RecommendedAwesome stay. My wife and I stayed in the Hoxie House. Our room was beautiful, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at the Whaler's Inn.
Our stay was nothing shy of amazing. Gorgeous view of the drawbridge, spotless and adorable room, attentive staff ... simply perfect!
I would absolutely stay here again. Location!!!! It is in the heart of downtown. Amazing views right our my window. Even with leaving the “do not disturb” sign on door, they still left me clean towels. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff is professional and super friendly. I loved the decor in my room. It was very clean bI want to take all the furniture from my room and their library and put it in my home. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!!

The perfect location to enjoy Mystic! We drove up from Florida to visit family in NY. Needed some couple time so booked 2 mid-week nights at The Whalers Inn. We wanted to park our car and not drive it until we left - and that we did! I was a housekeeper in this company for 1.5 month. As a housekeepir they I would not recommend anyone to work there. They are really nice to guest but they are really taking advantage of their employee. First of all they are always short staff so they give you all. And they do excpect you to be ghost while cleaning. There is alot I wana say but I am not gonna... Just happy to be not working there anymore!
Our first time in Mystic. When I walked in, I fell in LOVE! It’s beautiful! The staff is amazing and make you feel at home.
