Very poor customer service. The staff member was rude and disrespectful while talking to us. Really disappointed with the experience.
I usually use coins to wash my vehicle and it typically costs me about $6-8 dollars. This morning I forgot my change so I used a credit card. After washing my SUV I had to make sure the knob on the dial was in the OFF position and then I pressed Stop on the other side where the credit card is swiped. I was surprised to see that the initial charge to my credit card was $15. However, after a few hours the charge was reduced to $8.
