Very disappointing experience. I was charged twice $15, even though there is no way I could have used $30 worth of time during my wash. I was monitoring the time, and it simply does not add up. On top of that, the employee working there — an older man — showed very poor customer service. No effort to help, no explanation, and an overall rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he acted like it wasn’t his problem at all.
Never going back there nd advising people as well . I went there nd pay from Apple Pay nd after few days noticed it’s charged me 15$ . I went there to talk only not for refund or anything but the owner or manager whatever was very rude nd didn’t even apologize.
If you go this car wash waste your money . Loonie get you shorts time ever compare with all over car wash in winnipeg and very low pressure . There is guy working is so rude not sure he is owner or worker .
