Knowing only one single friend who lived in the Nashville area, I reached out and asked who to contact for an agent. When I got a job opportunity here, Allen came through for me on last minute notice, on a weekend, in the rain, and without fail. He showed me two houses on an unscheduled Saturday with 5 min notice. Allen knew about upcoming constuction, recent zoning changes, houses that were yet to be listed, and he even knew about upcoming shifts in the elementary school zones we were targeting. His advice was priceless and it saved us from settling for houses that I know now we would have regretted. Every time I pull into our driveway I am grateful for Allen's counsel and for the sneak peek that landed us our historic urban cottage. When we start the hunt for #2 it will be with WH Properties.
