I called and the representative was rude.. told me she didnt know when they would make it to look at my unit. She said it would be sometime in the next few days.. well I didnt recieve a call or anything and someone shows up at my house, thankfully someone was there. Then it was over 100$ just to come to my house and I'm within 20miles. Despite the no call or email about the service they can promptly send an invoice about my bill. I'm thankful it was a simple fix.
Tried to call to get pricing for AC call. Got hung up on twice. Super unprofessional.
