Assuming this is the same as "Community Management" with "April Jones".. there was no letterhead for clarification but I've done my tiny bit of research... This small mobile home community was given less than 6 weeks that the LOT RENT was being increased 70%. I know we live in a world of dog eat dog but this is just brutal. This place is a nightmare to live at. I live at voyagers Cove in Modesto, CA. A community WGP manages. We cannot get a hold of WGP property management. They don’t have a working phone number or reply to emails. They have taken away all of our parking in our communities at our homes that we own. We cannot host birthday parties or Thanksgiving. WGP property managment manages Voyagers Cove park in Modesto, CA besides WGP being impossiable to get a hold of at all my problem is our park has removed all of our street parking for absolutely no reason. They have turned the enter park into fire lanes despite the fire marshal stating these streets are NOT fire lanes through multiple phone conversations. They do not provide two parking spots per home. So my husband and I now cannot both park at our home anymore. Pulling out groceries or your kids from your car is very dange... read more
It is clean and the staff are very friendly. The Dr. Was so kind and gentle with Beam my dog. I will only take him there for his vet needs.
