Hire clowns, expect a circus. If you like mismanagement and delinquent utility payments that cause your common charges to go up to cover their mistakes, then these are your guys. One star is being generous.
Our complex just started working with this company and I have Not many good things to say about how they MIS Manage simple communication with the tenants and owners! I call for the same people and cannot get a response back! But they are very quick to penalize or report some damage they haven’t fixed! It is very difficult working with people who are unresponsive!
Absolutely impressed with their level of care and quality of service!
