Extremely disappointed. An issue that could have been fixed promptly without issue was made larger due to unprofessionalism within the person that administrates the building I live in. The maintenance person under this company did a un reversible damage causing a minor issue to become a bigger issue. On top of this, the plumber they hired decided to leave without a trace as well.
