Totally incompetent. Both myself and the buyer emailed them all week and heard nothing until the closing day, which was missed. Tried to sign paperwork the following day but the mobile notary hadn’t received the documents so that wasted another half of my day. Closing was yesterday. No idea when it will close. Use someone else.
There is no reason a title company should have poor communication and be the ones to delay closing. Having clients confused as to why we are not closing because signing wasn’t scheduled in a timely manner is unacceptable and not answering phone calls and being on hold and receiving responses to emails days later is unacceptable. Investors not sure what the hype is about but it doesn’t look professional to use a team that lacks communication and delays closings for no valid reason.
Real Estate agent/Investor. Avoid at all cost. Closing delayed four days. Horrible communication from Melissa. Unless it’s the last hour. I assume they work on files a day before closing as things came out on closing day that should have been caught/worked on weeks prior. Delayed responses. If you want a delayed closing use WFG Title.
