Incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional They got the details in my title report wrong and when several departments of Ventura County even wrote them a letter pointing-out their mistake, along with another major Title Company, they refused to correct it. They even tried to charge me to correct their mistake....it was actually less expensive to hire another company to do it ground-up! Their error cost me over $2,500 in County expense and they won't respond to my email asking them to resolve it; time for court!
They put the wrong address on my quit claim deed and refuse to fix their screw up and refuse to return my calls. Spoke to several agents and always forward me to voicemail without a return call. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them.
