The wait times at this office are ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, and one of the receptionists finally told me she was sorry about the wait - they were translating some medical records from another language - and that person was out before I was even see. I dont feel I should be penalized because someone else doesnt have a medical history written in English. Weve been seeing Dr. Tai for over two years and have been extremely pleased with the care she has given our daughter. She even remembers her name each time we visit.
My children have been patients of Dr. Tais for quite a few years now and we have been very pleased with her. She does not make you feel rushed and she genuinely listens to your concerns. i highly recommend her!
