Recommendedi didnt find any issues so far. maintenance team fixed the issues ontime .but the pot smoke enters in our apt from downstairs and its also important how our neighbors are. they keep the thrash on the hallway.
Weymouth commons is alright, but do not expect the management to fix problems like drains in the laundry room not working or trouble with poor snow plowing in the parking lot. It is the type of place where they do clean up and maintain things, but only in their own way, and the kids that work the management office appear to be powerless to do anything about problems brought to their attention. Leasing staff is rude, manager does not care, maintenance is hit or miss. Worst experience! Far from being luxurious apartment try the ledges @[147215268654796:Corcoran Management Company] should reevaluate this place. Stay away from here it's a nightmare.
Having used Weymouth Cat Clinc Hotel And Condos For a Good Amt Of Time, They Care And Are Sensitive To The Needs Of Individual Cats, They Have State Of The Art Medical Equipment For Vet Care Of Cat weather be it a kitten or senior Cat. Staff is Friendly Honest And Direct. Boarding Area Is Cleaned And Well Mantained And ARE Done On A 45 Min Spot Check On Behavior Of Cats And evac or fecal matter of Cats In Boarding Open 6 Days Week.
Apartment is beautiful and I did not have any issues until the cold weather came around. Heat would not work at all and I woke up to 57 degree temperatures. I asked maintenance to come out 4 different times and it still wasn't resolved. For the amount of money I pay in rent it's not worth sitting in a cold apartment with pot smoke creeping into my apartment every night from the residents upstairs. Not bad so far,the rooms could be bigger but then again you would charge more,no living room.Please ask the maintenance staff to refrain from using resident's bathroom,they leave a mess and a smell.I am not paying all this money to run a public bathroom,it is not fair you should provide a bathroom for them.Why can't maintenance enter when someone is home,they should not use my bathroom and eat my food,what else are they doing?
Horrible told someone move cut deal for last month if have keys early they lie and they allow smoking in apartment all smell since move office help terrible teat like cra two fix clogged toilet
