Professional, friendly & courteous.
I don't have any complaints about the plant. My neighbor just had their timber cut, and the people they sent to do the job were very unprofessional, my neighbor has a 20' right of way through my property. The logger told me when the job was done they would put my right of way back as close to it was as possible. Now I have had to get the forestry department involved because of the mess they left behind. Nice to my face while they were working, now no one cares. I asked the lady(over the phone) if they can load me one day earlier she checked in with loaders and said yes. So i got home one day earlier thanks to their good behaviour. Once you got your turn they are gonna load you within 15 minutes. Overnight parking
