I’ve rented through Weybridge before and looking forward to renting through them again once my current lease is up. I had a good experience with renting through them. Jim and his team always answered my calls and got back with me in a timely manner. However, my favorite thing about this rental company is that they always seem to have a variety of rentals on their website to choose from . Anywhere from 1-4 bedrooms , houses or apartments , and different prices and locations across Cincinatti and surrounding areas.

Me and my sister’s been renting with weybridge for years now!! I’m In my second house and I love It. And as always 0 problems when it comes to them fixing anything that needs to be fixed or any concerns they literally come within 24 hours or a call away. that’s something I always loved about Weybridge.

Jim Shapiro and the crew at Weybridge Property Management have been managing my investment property for over six years and have done a fantastic job. I am located in California so they have had to do everything for me. They found me a very good, long term tenant. If anything went wrong with the property, Weybridge was right on it. I am an out of state owner of a multi-unit. Unfortunately, my previous property manager took advantage of that and mismanaged my property. Rents were not being collected and maintenance was not being done. I was so frustrated and on the verge of selling. Let me first state that I am not, nor have I ever been, a tenant of this company. I looked at a unit in mid-July of 2021 and applied for the viewed property the next day, which was a Sunday. I had not heard anything by the end of the week, so I made a call and was instructed to send an email to the leasing agent.
