Me and my sister’s been renting with weybridge for years now!! I’m In my second house and I love It. And as always 0 problems when it comes to them fixing anything that needs to be fixed or any concerns they literally come within 24 hours or a call away. that’s something I always loved about Weybridge.
I’ve rented through Weybridge before and looking forward to renting through them again once my current lease is up. I had a good experience with renting through them. Jim and his team always answered my calls and got back with me in a timely manner. However, my favorite thing about this rental company is that they always seem to have a variety of rentals on their website to choose from . Anywhere from 1-4 bedrooms , houses or apartments , and different prices and locations across Cincinatti and surrounding areas.
They will try to rip you off whenever they can. I paid over 30,000 dollars over two and half years and then I moved out. Now they want $850.00 for bogus and trumped up stuff. The woman who did the walk through did it in two minutes. When I showed up when she was walking out she said everything was fine. Shapiro is a petty little man when you don't call him back. 🤣 What a crybaby now they are taking me to court
So all though I did not get to rent with them I would like to share that my experience was well with them Jim was very responsive as well as explained everything I had no issues with receiving a refund do to the circumstances that we had. I would definitely look to rent from them in the future and if you see something on their website you like try to apply this is a legitimate company no scams they we awesome that’s again Jim
Very unprofessional management and maintenance always losing maintenance requests and then tells tenants that they never put in work order when you know you did
