BEWARE – This company is criminal! Wex Fuel has been my fuel credit card for several years. I was doing an internal audit of our accounts and came across some extremely troubling information. One of our recent invoices has a line item “Other Adjustments this Period”, the amount was $249.54 with my fuel purchases being $2070.69. Stay away from this company. They were supposed to mail a refund check 30 days after closing my account, it's been 2 months since this happened and all they do is make up excuses. They said it takes 3 days from approving, signing and mailing out a check. it's been 10 days since they said they were going to mail the check and they don't know anything about my check. I was, for over a year using my own money to pay for my own gas using their cards and now they don't even know how to send a check. Or maybe they don't want to.

They charge for finance admin late service fees high interest rates of over 8 percent and want $5k to put in their pocket for diesel I didn’t get, please do not get a card from this entity, I have already lost $20k using these money hungry and gold mine diggers, don’t let these people take advantage

One star is the requirement but they have earned zero stars! This company should not exist. There is no benefit to the company who contracts with Wright Express and the merchants who receive payment from Wright Express also pay a portion of the total bill back to Wright Express. Two parties are being charged for Wright Express to administer the maintenance and fuel costs. On top of this their customer service is offensive.
