Gavin meyers is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could leave a 0 star review I would!!!!!!! As a recruiter he is the worst I’ve ever encountered with him being 20 minutes late to his own interview and then canceling without rescheduling is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! Terrible and rude!!!!!

This is a trash company, do not bother setting up an account if your company offers this. You will end up having eligible claims denied and will end up having to pay out of pocket anyway. I truly wish nothing but the worst to every single person who works at this company.

Wex account rep, Christopher Murdaco, was trying to get me to sign up with him for months. When I finally got mad at him he sign up for a fake google account using the name "John Doe" and wrote a fake google review on our company in retaliation for our refusal to do business with him.

this is the worst gas card company you can do business with. all they do is charge you fees. do business with someone else . terrible company .

HORRIBLE customer service and system. Consistently waiting on tow trucks for many hours without any updates or ETA. Vendors/repair shops have to spend hours on the phone with WEX to get their payment, which results in vendors/mechanics not wanting out business anymore and we are left without repair shops to use. Stay away from WEX!

owaiting.on December 20 2020 my delivery car broke down, after contacting wex Fleet Service I when told that Dave Arbogast Ford service would be able to repair my car and be covered by my fleet card program. I had my car towed there on December 22nd 2020. Tyler at Dave Arbogast Ford service got a pre-authorization code to do the service on my car from wex Fleet Service on December 22nd 2020. Sent payment. Check was cashed and I sent them a copy of it. They said the address I sent it to was a different office. The "spoke with someone" at the office and they indicated that they would send a check back but told me to send them another payment. They had enough of a relationship with that office to get track the check in their system but couldn't get them to transfer the payment to the correct account? Do Not Do It! Scammers all the way- discussed 6.99% interest rate on the Fleet card. We got our bill for around $3,000. It then had a $681 interest charge on it. When we called the company we were told we should have looked more closely at the terms and conditions that the 6.99% was the periodic rate making the APR over 83%. We never signed anything but they said by swiping the card we agreed to some terms and conditions that we were never given. I wish there was a zero star option. We have filed a complaint with the BBB.

VERY unhelpful and does not seem to care at all about their customer. Disappointed to even have to deal with them, and may just cancel my card completely. They just find ways to charge fee after fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
