The attitude from the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I waited about five minutes for a simple answer about why the coffee machine wasn't working while they continued a personal conversation with another member. As someone originally from India, I was left feeling unwelcome and treated differently.
The space is so nice with the aesthetics, layout, and amenities. Front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I love the in-office community events they host every now and again to bring people together.
Austin and clay are amazing , anytime I come in office they are always smiling and willing to help .
Incredibly dusty! The amount of dust in the upholstered furniture is incredible. First, second floor - doesn't matter, they're very dusty. It feels like no one has ever vacuumed it. It's horrible. And all this dust rises into the air - you just have to sit on that furniture. Of course, you always breathe it in - regardless of whether you are sitting on the upholstered furniture, or just being inside. If you care about your health and don't want to get asthma at your own expense, avoid this location.
In my experience, management and front-desk staff showed a lack of professionalism and attention to member concerns. Staff often appeared more focused on personal projects and computer work than assisting members or maintaining the workspace. Operational issues, maintenance problems, and member complaints were frequently overlooked or unresolved. A coworking space should provide responsive management and customer service, but that was not my experience at this location.
