Update: LAWSUIT IS PENDING IN STATE COURT. INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THIS SITUATION RIGHTLY, WEWORK IS TRYING TO GET MY CASE DISMISSED--THEY STILL HAVE OVER $1200 OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN THEIR POSSESSION AND REFUSE TO RETURN THEM OR PAY FOR DAMAGES! I've had to sue WeWork in central district court and again in small claims court for violations of the Uruh Act, ESIGN Act and failing to provide a signed member agreement upon request. Update: I've had to sue WeWork in central district court and again in small claims court for violations of the Uruh Act, ESIGN Act and failing to provide a signed member agreement upon request.
