I inquired about their $299 per month offer - scam! They called me back, told me their was no more space available, and tried to upsell me on something else using car salesman tactics. I still see the $299 offer on social media.
I tried it a few times and it always met my expectations. I found it the perfect place for quiet study time for my medical studies. Thank you for being here so close to D.T.L.A.!
This building is beautiful! Located in the Arts District. Each wework location is different and I really like how this spot feels more “home-y”. Parking is ample on the street depending on the time you get there (hide your belongings, it’s still LA!!). Parking garage next door is safe and an option as well ($16 for the day!). It is sad the turn of events that have taken place at this WeWork location. When we originally moved in, the staff members that worked there were amazing!! We couldn’t sing their praises enough. Overtime, we noticed exceptional staff quit and the mediocre stay. If you are an inventory based business, we would not encourage this location. They made it a pain to get our products out of their storage. Their door technology also locked us out of our office for a full day; we couldn’t get customer orders out on time.
