Can't get ahold of anyone at the desk. Only offshore people who don't have enough info to answer questions. The first call-in message you hear is about a re-org which sounds like they likely let go if people and moved things to offshore call centers. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the beginning of the end based on today's interaction with the brand.

We hosted a company sponsored event in the large meeting room at this location and had amazing support all the way through to successful completion and rave reviews from the attendees. Special thanks to Preston and Josselyn for assisting us with the building security details, catering delivery and our numerous requests!

A beautiful space, unfriendly staff. I had been coming to this location for 9 months with no issues, then lost key card access when the new community manager showed up. I had to go to security every time I wanted to enter. What’s the point of my key card if I cannot access the elevators during business hours? The community manager told me that key card access is for private room members only (not “all access”), which I knew was not true because I had been using my key card for 9 months prior. Beautiful office space with amazing views of DTLA! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Very special shout-out and thanks to Brian Phi Do for helping me with all my issues when I was in the office!
