The pretzels were drenched in way too much butter it was literally soaking through the bag. On top of that, the lady near the oven kept giving me a mean look, which made the service feel very unwelcoming. Overall, not a good experience, and I wouldn’t go back based on the service and quality.
The customer service was horrible! The lady who was rolling the dough gave me a dirty look and was not welcoming at all. My order was also made incorrectly, and the food was drenched in so much butter that it was soaking through the bag. Overall, it was not a great experience. Please work on improving the customer service and food preparation.
This was the 1st time I was disappointed! The lady giving out samples didn't give me the correct order I purchased! Now my 6 year old was upset as well! I told the lady butter & salt original Wetzel Bitz. She only put butter.
Staff and service was great, Josie was very helpful and kind. I initially stopped by for just a quick pretzel but ended up with a delicious strawberry lemonade for the road as well ! My pretzel bits and cheese dip were warm and ready to go right away, definitely stopping by again !
My wife and I decided to drop by this place to see what it was so great honestly pretzels were good but the lady Jazmine at the Mountain location of Walmart was absolutely atrocious for customer service skills need a whole lot of work. I would take her off of the cashier and get her into training immediately before you lose customers.
