Dough was raw and they didn't give me a refund once
They make up prizes here and are very rude. They told me one prize and then charged my husband a different prize that was double prize of what they charged me for mine. They charged my card almost forty dollars for 2 drinks and a pretzel. We were shopping at a mall that is pretty far away from us, so it's not worth going back to complain in person. A drink and pretzels, $15 and the dough wasn’t cooked all the way.
The woman at the counter was very nice. Got the hot dogs wrapped with pretzel and cheese. Amazing
Staff are friendly but they will rush you through your order every single time even if you’re the only person there & the pretzels are ALWAYS underdone, mushy gross dough balls. Wetzels is my fav pretzel shop but I’m gonna skip this one
