Love the pretzels here. They’re usually open by late morning and the staff have always been friendly.
Wetzel's is exactly what it needs to be. It's a consistent staple that's been the same for years, maybe decades. It's salty, savory, cheap(ish), and satisfying. Pretzels, dogs, drinks, sticks, and dips. The do one thing and they do it well. This isn't the first time I've stopped in for a pretzel and it won't be the last.
Everything was stale. Terrible service
Guy working there was super friendly and in a great mood. We unfortunately found a hair in our food (things happened it's ok) and he exchanged it no questions asked. I came back later for a drink and he gave it to me on house for the hair from before. Great customer service and appreciate the gesture.
Place sucks I went at 10.10 am website said it opens 10 am I went and they said they open at 11 am went again at 10.30 am again to make sure since it said open on online then the rude girl said I said 11 am
