Worst management ever. Manager doesn't speak English, is rude, & treats her team badly. A manager should set an example and set a certain standard on how to treat her customers. Food was good but her service was horrendous because of that I will not be back.
The cashier were nice but the manager is very unprofessional. I dont understand how they have a manager who doesnt speak english and couldn’t even help me when I tried speaking to her. Never coming back again
I have been to a Wetzel's Pretzels before in Los Angeles, hated it, and said I would never give them another try. I am so glad I did give them another try. My grandson and I were walking around the Lakewood Center Mall and he saw Wetzel's and really wanted to try something. I caved, as all grandparents do, and he got a lightly salted pretzel with a wee bit of mustard, a slushy and I got some little pigs in a blanket, I think they call them cheesy dogs.
