It’s been a year since we came to this location and from the horrible experience we got last time to now they have come a long way! Aracely is a very nice lady and she took her time to get us what we wanted. Will definitely be coming back when we are in the area, they trained their staff now and the pretzels are tasty!

Tiana Michelle and grants are the goats at customer service and got us right
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by Wetzel’s Pretzels today and had a great experience. T’yuana was friendly from the moment I walked up, had a great attitude, and made sure my order was fresh and exactly right. She was quick, professional, and made the whole experience even better. The pretzels were hot, soft, and tasted amazing. Great customer service like hers is why I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks, T’yuana!
Employees are rude and won’t apply discounts on rewards program, wouldn’t go back
