Excelente service, I like how the cashier Alba i think that was her name! She was very kind very patient professional at what she what doing and the food was incredible. Thanks!!! And I saw her that she was doing samples and very kind with all the kids and people.
The Maria lady talks Dow to the employees as if they were children very unprofessional and rude I was a customer and witnessed how she talked to an employee and I felt embarrassed for her What does the owner have to say?
the maria worker gave me horrible experience, very rude and not professional at all. pretzels were burnt and not fresh she didnt want to remake or trade them for fresh ones. i also see her hide in the back not helping during rushes
Horrible experience due to the manager, Maria. I was given pretzels that were raw inside, and when I brought it up, instead of apologizing or offering to remake them, she had an attitude and acted bothered that I even said something. Extremely unprofessional behavior, especially from someone in a management position. Customer service was nonexistent, and the way the situation was handled was embarrassing for the business.
