I’m very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a Fresh Mango Boba Lemonade, but the employee accidentally made it frozen. She acknowledged the mistake and said, “Sorry, I messed up,” but instead of remaking the drink correctly, she mixed fresh lemonade into the frozen drink and gave it to me that way. If an order is made incorrectly, I would expect it to be remade properly rather than trying to fix the wrong drink by mixing something else into it. Terrible customer service at the stand near abercrombie store. I think the lady's name that was working there was Norma. If they cannot provide the services they're hire to do maybe customer service is not for them.
Manuel was very helpful and kind while ordering. He offered the fresh samples on display.
Service and food are awful.. my family like wetzel's pretzels, but this store pretzel seems stayed for long time (everything sticked together), and service is also too bad.
