This company is a joke. We called to make an appointment today for a backed up toilet. Made an appointment for 5:30 when we get off work. When they did not show at 6:45 we called to say it was too late for them to come and the very rude lady who answered phone said we will be getting a service call bill. This was at 6:45 still no one showed for our 5:30 appt and no one called to say they were running late. She was very unprofessional and hung up on my husband.
