I inquired about a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG S listed on CarGurus and initially spoke with a representative named Addison, who was helpful and informed me the vehicle wasn’t currently on their lot. Since the car had just been listed, I called back through the CarGurus number to get clarification on where the vehicle was and why it was being advertised. I was also among the people who got the weird mailer. I listened to my gut and did not go to the dealer just to get headphones. This dealership must be lemon central if they have to send deceiving mailers under the false pretenses of winning prize money at a time where no one has money, even less to get their vehicle brands to draw customers in.

Went to collect prize money for a lottery that they mailed out. When I thought I was going to receive cash because they took my personal information they only gave me a pair of headphones. I thought that was very deceptive and now they have my private info and I have a set of headphones I don’t need. I really don’t know how this is even legal.
