I used them awhile back with poor results. They tried to take a short cut and removed the fascia around the perimeter of my house, cutting it in several places. They decided to remove ALL of the boards next to the fascia and replace them at a cost of $3 per foot times 309 feet or $927 extra. I could see replacing maybe 20 ft. of rotten lumber, not 309.
