I am shocked at the deceitful practices of these men.. just went to pick up our lawn mower which has been there for a week. We we're quoted $35 for a carburator. We called on the scheduled day to pick it up and was told it was an additional $35 for a starter part and could be picked up in a few days. Called yesterday and was told the total came to $130 not $70 and was told they did extra unauthroized repairs like sharpening the blades without my permission. John is amazing. He did a little adjustment and fix on my Bad Boy Lawn Mower and I cannot tell u how satisfied I was after that. He made my day feel a whole lot better🙂. I recommend this guy 10 out of 10. John u are perfect and I’m always coming back to you!!!!
I bought and have my snowblower and lawnmower serviced at Wethersfield Small Engineering. John & John are great people.
I have made several stops in and have always been treated great. This time my leaf blower wouldn't start, they jumped on it and did everything they could but it wouldn't come back. The honest opinion was it would cost more than worth it, even though it wasn't even a year old. I went home, then drove back and bought a new Husqvarna from them and returning the other back to the Big Box store. Quality honest service!
