The office is dirty and not disinfected. I saw the dentist touching patient charts with dirty gloves, which leads me to believe that the infection control is not implemented. I am afraid that I may get a disease from other patients. When I came in for my appointment, the receptionist was putting on her makeup in front of other customers, which indicates lack of professionalism. Take your dental needs somewhere else; these folks are great at cutting corners. Bad experience all around.
Helpful and Convenient! I had chipped my tooth at school and it was really bothering me. I called a few places, and Wethersfield Family Dental Center got me a consultation and appointment to fix it that fit my class schedule. I'm pretty happy with the results and it was quick and comfortable. Everyone there was really nice.
Superb dentist, he really took the time to work with me and my difficult case. He also explained the procedure to me and was not only friendly but very patient with my needs. Unlike many other dentists I have been to he genuinely cares about me as a patient.
Great place. I had another dentist who didn't explain much to me and the service there was awful. But, here Dr. Liu was very kind and patient with me, he explained to me the procedure and did a really good on my root canal and several of my fillings. It is hard to find a dentist or doctor who actually cares about you as a person or a patient anymore, but they still do that here. I don't normally do online reviews, but I really felt it necessary to let others know about my positive experience here
