I had a an extremely frustrating experience dealing with legacy property management. From start to finish , there lack of professionalism and responsiveness made what should have been a straight forward process unnecessarily stressful. Communication was inconsistent at best emails and calls often went unanswered for awhile and when I did get a response it was vague or unhelpful. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! My family of 3 moved from Arizona to these apartments and ended are lease the soonest we could. We were informed these were townhomes to arrive to a 1 bedroom upstairs apartment. Due to lack of communication with management. There was mold in the bathroom and roaches in the apartment. When brought to there attention we weren’t given an apology or any compensation. They asked us to pay MORE to leave with zero understanding of there mess up!
