make sure there are signs specifying which vacuums are for if u had a wash and which ones are for if u just want to vacuum your car! Had absolutely no idea and one of your employees comes out with excessive attitude asking if I was planning on washing my car or just taking advantage of the vacuums. I was completely confused until she said that I pulled up to the wrong vacuum and that I needed to go to the vacuum that you pay for. RecommendedLove this wash! My car always comes out looking beautiful, I love that these guys busy there butts even when it’s cold outside to pre prep your car they work hard and it shows! If you tip they throw in extra soap however you should tip anyway as they are scrubbing your car not you. 😂 seriously won’t go anywhere else!
I paid for the most expensive wash today and left with multiple deep scratches all over my car and my front license plate bent and broken. If you have a nice car I would not risk washing it at this place. Very disappointing!

I love this place! I go here a lot because it’s a good price, free vacuuming and they provide the towels! Love the staff too! Always friendly and very sweet!!!
Cannot complain about the wash job seems to do a good job. I do complain about some of the people working there one in particular was very rude. He was directing traffic into the car wash. I was not moving as quick as he thought was necessary even though their was a car directly in front of me and he hollered come on in a tasty tone. Needs to be taught some customer appreciation. He also did not prewash his side of my car. For the price of the wash he should do a better job. The person on the other side did a complete job

Prep crew isn't very good. Car was very dirty after a short ride home. Not too happy that I have to go and get my car washed again! I called but no one answered the phone.
