Our 50 year old HOA Pool was in disrepair. Wet Kat, and Michelle specifically, turned our pool around. We have had the best experience with the entire staff. They are prompt, caring, mindful of our budget and nothing short of exceptional. Our pool is constantly clean and glimmering. I cannot recommend more highly.

The worst vendor we ever worked with. They did a lot of damages to our property then any work. A complete rip off.
Everything was okay until I received the final invoice. Initial quoted estimate was between $510-$595 for winterization and unclogging the skimmer line. The invoice I received was for $890. There was no communication that they were trending well over the initial quote. Had I known it would be so high, I could have considered other options. I offered, very politely, to sign up for a year's worth of monthly maintenance if they would bring their pricing back down to the range originally quoted.
