Owner had bad anger issues
RecommendedThey did work in my mom’s home. They reinforced the foundation, did extensive drainage repair and sealed the walls. Throughout the process Chris and his entire staff treated my elderly mom with great care. They returned when needed at no charge and without a complaint. We had a structural engineer review their work and he said “I’ve seen a lot of bad work. This is the highest quality work I’ve ever seen!” We couldn’t agree more!
Wet puddle in my basement a few times after heavy rain was a big worry. Chris stopped by and recommended getting my gutters cleaned and adding downspout extensions. He didn't think I needed an expensive foundation repair through his company. What a relief and his recommendation worked. He was professional, fair, and honest. I highly recommend.

A couple of days ago, I found a crack in my basement foundation. I immediately called Wet Basement Solutions. Their service was prompt , and professional. They fully explained their plan, answered all questions and were very personable/ easy to talk with. Their attention to detail is amazing and their cleanliness is unparalleled. No mess, no clean-up after they were done. I would recommend Them to anyone - and I will immediately call them again if I need to.
Dan and his company are a class act contracting company. He is both diligent and thorough with his customers and makes sure to take care of them with a quick turnaound. I’ve had a number of minor and one major issue, relied on Dan for help and he was there for me and got the job done right the first time. I used Wet Basement Solutions last month when I had an issue with water damage due to a foundation problem. Great company, great owner and great workers. Stay far away from this company!!! They did horrible work on my moms house, she still has damp walls, they have stiffed her several times when they were supposed to come “fix” the bad job they did, they still need to fix some stuff and I won’t even say the worst of it all!!! Just stay away if you don’t want more issues in the end or to be treated and talked to like crap!
They did a great job waterproofing our basement. The team that did the work were very professional and helpful when we had questions. We would highly recommend them!!
