I called Steve at Wet Basement Resolutions when I was absolutely desperate to see a nightmare-inducing mess resulting from a kitchen sink drainage issue cleaned up. It couldn't have been a tougher space in which to work — a crawlspace with very little space to move. I had a little water in my crawlspace and thought I might have a crack in my foundation. Steve was very helpful on the phone and sent Brandon over to investigate. He identified the problem which ended up being a bit of blockage in my sump pump drain outside. He cleared up the blockage and then inspected the pump area. Resolved all the issues. He was knowledgable and extremely courteous. I immediately recommended them to a friend!

These guys were great from the first assessment and quote through to the completion of the work. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Communication was excellent and they went over what they had done at the end of each day. It was a messy job but they completely cleaned up everything when they were done and were more than happy to make any adjustments that I needed as they worked. I feel confident in the system they installed and have peace of mind from their 25 year warranty. Great job guys and thank you, keep it up!
