Eric responded quickly to my enquiry for a quote. He then explained the best process to handle the water coming into my basement. And he gave a fair and competitive price based on what needed to be done. Very happy with the service from Eric & co. I don't write many reviews but they were stellar. I had a sump pump, interior weeping tile, and waterproofing installed in the basement. Installation was quick and smooth, and I was kept informed each day. Any questions I asked was explained in a way I could understand. Mess was kept to a minimum. Pump ran flawlessly for 2 years.
