The staff and service are amazing, the facility is very clean including the Westy moving truck. This is a way to run a business. I highly recommend Westy’s for your storage needs.
I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. Joe S. provided us with exceptional customer service. Joe went above and beyond to accommodate us with choosing the right size units. The process was easy and stress-free. He answered all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Thanks Joe for all the help!
I recently went to the Port Chester location and can’t say enough how clean and nice this storage facility is! Tim assisted me with getting the proper size unit, explained all the perks and was a pleasure to work with! Joe was there as well and both of them were helpful and professional !!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I used Westy's to hold our furniture & other belongings for three months on the advice of our real estate broker, and I was incredibly impressed with how solid the whole experience was. Great customer service both on the phone and in-person, clean & easily accessible facility, and reasonable prices. What more could you want? I highly recommend Westy's in Port Chester!!
Omg.....the best... Tim kept the place open and additional 1 1/2 hrs, plus he gave my wife and I a couples of bottle of water to cool of after we loaded up our unit...thanks Tim and Westys.....
