David Biles is the most unprofessional vet I have ever met. He cut my puppies toes and did not let us know. My dog did not want to go in and has cuts on his neck from them dragging him. There was no mention of any issues with my dog until I called to complain about his cut bleeding toe nail. I asked for shot records to be able to go to a new vet. We've been going to see Dr. Biles and his staff for several years now. They are the kindest, most helpful, and understanding vet team with whom we have ever worked. Neither of our dogs were afraid of the vet's office; even the cats are okay with being there. When the time came to euthanize my dogs, on both occasions, Dr. Biles presented options, treatments, reality, and gave us the information necessary to make the best choice. I can't imagine letting anyone else treat my babies.
Dr. Biles and his staff were very caring and attentive towards our family and our furry family. I would definitely recommend his office for your family pet.
