Helped me fix vandalism to a tire when police told me to go back to them to try and look for an illegally placed tracker. They put me up on the oil change well and searched it for free. They were kind and helpful. I love these guys. They're the only place I've ever gone to fix tires since I discovered them so reasonably priced. I appreciate you all. Aurora was exceptionally kind. The first time I went in she picked up on my probably fragile emotional state and gave me the warmest hug. Thank you for your caring and help
I am so disappointed as I always thought Westwood tire was a great place to have work done but this experience I will never go there again. I took my SUV in for a Tire Pressure Monitor sensor error. They swapped out the sensor and reset the error code for $69.oo + $30.oo for labour. After driving less than 20 km and the following day I got the same senor error. I went back and was told it was a different sensor this time and it's totally normal for the sensors to fail at the same time. I was then charged another $106.oo but ... read more
