I love it here. Manager Jessica is Wonderful and Sirenity the Assistant Manager is just as Wonderful. I Absolutely LOVE the location. It's close to everything. I've lived here 3 years and not EVER moving 💜💜💜 If you're looking for a decent place to live you should move in here 💜💜💜
I've lived here for 12 years. I loved it at first, but now the management has closed off all the common areas after hours and the bathroom which is the worst because myself as a resident I can't always make it up to my apartment. I have to wait for the elevator. I have peed in my pants because the bathroom door is locked. I would not suggest anybody to move in here because of all this issues. The best feature is proximity to a grocery store and a walk-in clinic. The worst is the way it deals with problems. When there is a problem, repeatedly the solution is to close off access to community rooms (TV rooms, kitchen, vending machines, library) for months. It comes across as a punishment. At this point, if I could afford to move, I would.
I've been hear over a year and management is great, laundry's great even patio and balcony great. Vet across the streets smelly and don't take your animal there but otherwise areas safe, neighbors are nice and manager follows rules but is understanding and caring. Can't say enough positive things. I do wish for new carpet but hopefully it's soon. I love it here!!!
