I've been hear over a year and management is great, laundry's great even patio and balcony great. Vet across the streets smelly and don't take your animal there but otherwise areas safe, neighbors are nice and manager follows rules but is understanding and caring. Can't say enough positive things. I do wish for new carpet but hopefully it's soon. I love it here!!!
I've lived here 14 months.. I hate it here. There's bedbugs everywhere and the building representative in Chicago won't Heat treat to get rid of them. Everything is all locked up including the rooms where it says Fire Extinguisher Inside. The water takes forever to get hot on the lower number end of 7. I've been boiling my water for the last 14 months to wash dishes. I have long thick hair and have had to get a gym membership to take a shower because there's no water pressure. Only been here 2 months but think I'm in heaven! Leasing staff are friendly, caring and do a great job. Maintenence work hard, stay late and come back when needed. Community service worker to date is helpful, knowledgeable, caring and is always here. Laundry is 24/7 clean and modern works off phone app or cash card for app unfriendly residents. Office manager is very nice often busy very proactive. We had Dogs come that SNIFF out bedbugs! Service coordinator has all the info you need extremely helpful and kind Maitnence is friendly and quick to repair
