My experience purchasing a home with D.R. Horton over a year ago has been a great experience. The customer service we received from Siramad Diaz has been exceptional. If we had any questions or concerns she was there to help. Siramad would call to follow up to offer any additional assistance in the event we needed it. I would highly recommend Siramad Diaz as a representative for any company to assist homeowners with any concerns they may have. She really cares that we were satisfied. She's the BEST!
Great homes
Homes and construction are great; however, current HOA and their governing policies are atrocious. They are not even on site, they are out of South Carolina, and seem to have some weird made up policies for the community. Current policies make no sense in regard to boundary lines/property lines and deduct A LOT of property leaving next to nothing for fence or pool which is REALLY bad as the community has no plans to build a community pool/building or rec parking.
