I'm an investor, and always looking for deals here in LA. In an increasingly pricey market, it is hard to find value. That's where Aziz and his team come in. We've known each other for years, but I circled back with Aziz when I learned he was dealing with some listings in my target market (Inglewood and Hawthorne). Best move I made! Got a value add deal done with very few hiccups, and Aziz introduced me to a great contractor whom we're going to work with. Looking forward to more in the future.
