Dr. Gupta is a great periodentist who takes great care in creating a treatment plan. I feel very comfortable when I come to her office. Her staff is warm and friendly and I get the attention I need.
I truly got to experience why Dr. Gupta is so good at what she does. While professional at all times still nurturing and caring. Explained step by step what she was doing, while making sure I was comfortable and at ease.
I found her abrasive, and pushy, she seemed to care more about the money than the patient.
I find Dr. Gupta to be a very caring and professional dentist. She takes the time to thoroughly explain her diagnosis and procedures needed. Her staff is very also very professional and the front desk is helpful with any questions about appointments, insurance,etc.
The office is very efficient . The staff is highly motivated and always greets you with a smile. The hygienist are excellent and always give you the best of care . Dr Gupta is conservative and has her patients best interest. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
