If I had to choose the rating it would be 0 stars ⭐️ DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The reviews aren’t real reviews until you speak with actual tenants. As tenants stated, the maintenance guys deserves a 5 star for their hard work and dedication although they don’t speak English very well. However, you would think paying 2K plus in rental fees plus more you would be protected and secured but NOT!!! 0/10 . Do not move here. They have multiple vandalism’s and do nothing to protect or help their residents. The office employees reside in the complex and watch the residents daily. If you aren’t doing what the main office lady wants , she will send letters weekly with “complaints”. No pool , park is barely big enough for a toddler to enjoy themselves . You can’t have guests for more than 3 days or they will put a sticker on their car threaten to have it towed. 2k + in rent to be harassed , stolen from and lack of amenities .... read more
