One thing about this place I can say out of all concord apartments this one is super nice for single moms with children I lived here for three years but recently moved into a house. I didn’t like that they couldn’t play in grass some kids made it worse for others I guess you can say. I had bad anxiety I will say Mrs betiza is a sweetheart not everybody can be kind hearted but from the day I moved in to the day I left she was sweet.
