This is a very poorly run office. The doctors and staff are inconsiderate and keep patients waiting 45 minutes to an hour all the time. The staff is rude and unpleasant.
RecommendedDr. Chin explains throughly about my left eye issue. Staff are patient friendly but not all. Which is common in any organization. Overall, if I’m asked to rate the group from 0-10, my answer is 9. I highly recommend.
Dr. Bianchi did great with my son when he was 6months old. We will be back in January for his follow up
This review is for the contact service this business put out: $150 to show me how to put my contact in? $50 extra cause I have a condition called a stigmatism? ANOTHER VISIT TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION???? So you can hit my insurance??? This place is just too rich for my blood. They must have too many patients and are trying to slow down the flow. DONT GO HERE FOR CONTATCTS! Fitting lady was nice. The business tactics are HORRIBLE.
As a first time patient of Dr. Bianchi, I arrived exactly 20 minutes late. It was a mistake on my part. I apologized. Dr. Bianchi refused to see me. I had made this appointment weeks in advance, and had taken my last day available off to see him. His staff member approached him with my request to keep the appointment. after my being a patient of Dr Chin there for many years and referring many people Im saddened to say my family will be leaving your practice especially after my 19 year went for contact lens fitting and they insisted on payment of $150 before a contact lens fitting can be preformed. Refused to bill parents and made her pay before hand and refused her discover card credit card...Used to be more hands on I guess they need today for new facility ...
