I love this place! The staff are so friendly. The fish tank is a cool add on too
I took my children here for four years. I stopped the day that I was charged $160 for a Q-tip, a single Q-tip and I was billed that much for a single line item. I wasn’t asked if they could use the Q-tip, I was just billed for the golden Q-tip, which is very concerning. If they can’t be honest with billing, how can I trust them with my child, zero stars if I could. If you want to be billed obnoxious amounts of money for things that cost fractions of a cent, then this is the practice for you.
Elevate Counseling Services has many clients that receive their medical care at Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics and they are wonderful to work with! Attentive, responsive and professional, you can not go wrong with these wonderful providers!
Whatever you do, DO NOT ask your doctor ANY questions during a well visit/annual checkup, because they’ll charge you for it!!!! The care received at Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics was middle-of-the-road at best, but to receive a bill for over $100 because the doctor sneakily changed the visit to an office consultation because I asked a quick question about bowel movements is slimy and demonstrates that this office does not care about the health or well-being of children.
